The Palace villa, ideal for 8 people, was built in the heart of Armação de Pêra in the 20th century, inspired by the luxury of the Belle Époque of Southern France.
Considered and listed as a historic building, it is a famous landmark on the coast of Armação de Pêra. The renovation carried out kept as many of the house's original elements as possible, such as the wooden floors and antique chandeliers. The elegant design reminds us of the historical and cultural richness of the region.
The Main House has a large kitchen open to the dining and living room with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a living room with a terrace offering breathtaking views.
A few meters from the main house, there is an annexe with a more contemporary aesthetic. It has a duplex suite with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace on the top floor. On the lower floor there is a living room and, on the ground floor, a studio with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
