It is located in the peaceful countryside of Malhão, a charming village 4 km from Boliqueime and 8 km from Paderne. In both Boliqueime and Paderne you can find a selection of local bars and restaurants, as well as small local supermarkets. The nearest golf course is 16kms away and the nearest beach, at Falésia, is 14kms away or 20 minutes by car. Close to Falésia beach are the popular resorts of Vilamoura, Olhos d'Agua and Albufeira. Faro airport is 35kms away.

With wi-fi internet and air conditioning in all environments. Cots and high chairs are available upon request and are also free.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and appliances including Nespresso coffee machine, electric hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Separate utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.

Next to the kitchen is the dining room, with a majestic dining table that seats 16 people. Patio doors open onto the terrace with a charcoal barbecue and outside food preparation area.

Back indoors, the villa has two living rooms - one for lounging and relaxing on the comfy sofas and listening to your music on the Bluetooth speaker; the other living room is complete with a flat screen TV with cable channels, Playstation 4 (a small selection of games and children's DVDs are provided), music system and another Bluetooth speaker. There are two cloakrooms on this level of the villa.

From the living rooms, patio doors open onto the upper terrace, which is furnished with two Balinese beds, table tennis and table football.

It has five rooms on the ground floor (entrance) of the house. All bedrooms have air conditioning, there are safes in four of the five ground floor bedrooms and all bathrooms are equipped with towel warmers and double sinks.

Bedroom one ('DO' bedroom) has a double bed and an en suite bathroom; bedroom two (the 'RE' bedroom) has a double bed, doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom; the bedroom (the 'MI' bedroom) has two single beds, doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower; bedroom four (the 'FA' bedroom) has a double bed, doors to the terrace and an en-suite shower room and bedroom five (the 'SOL' bedroom) has a double bed, sitting area, doors to the terrace and a bathroom suite bathroom.

Bedrooms six and seven are on the first floor of the villa, where there is also an additional guest toilet. Bedroom six (the 'LA' bedroom) has two single beds, doors to a private terrace with great views and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom seven (the 'TI' bedroom) is the master suite - complete with a double bed, TV with cable channels, doors to a private terrace with sensational far reaching views and an en suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

It has land with landscaped gardens and lawns and with stunning far reaching views from the countryside to the ocean. As well as the main terrace on the ground floor there is the fabulous pool terrace, complete with sunbeds, parasols and outside showers.

The main pool is 16 x 8 meters and can be heated at an additional cost that must be booked in advance. There is also a children's pool that measures 5 x 8 meters and is 0.40 meters deep.
