Villa Tiffany located in the peaceful countryside of Malhão, 4kms from Boliqueime and 8kms from Paderne. In both Boliqueime and Paderne you can find a selection of local bars and restaurants, as well as small local supermarkets. The nearest golf course is 16kms away and the nearest beach at Falésia is 14kms away, or 20 minutes by car. Close to Falésia beach are the popular resorts of Vilamoura, Olhos d'Agua and Albufeira. Faro airport is 35kms from Casa da Montanha.
This property can be rented as a villa with or without suites, depending on how many occupants and at an extra cost.

The property has Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning. Outside the entrance there is a garage with space for two cars and additional parking space for many more cars. The entrance to the house is on the ground floor, where there is also a cloakroom, living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen and pantry. Away from the main house there is a games room next to the pool and external access to the suites.

The air-conditioned living room has a TV with satellite channels, DVD player, CD player and Playstation console, and doors open onto a covered terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen, prepared for up to sixteen guests with a comprehensive list of appliances, including microwave oven, American style fridge and dishwasher. The separate utility room houses the washing machine. There is a dryer in the garage that guests can use.

The first bedroom on the ground floor is a single room with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with an additional shower. One bedroom on the first floor is a double bedroom (single beds pushed together) with an en-suite bathroom. A single bedroom with a private bathroom. This bedroom is accessed via a separate external entrance only.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom with a television and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. Another twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms in the house have air conditioning.


Suite 1 features a living room and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. The living room has a TV, DVD player and CD player. The private bathroom has a large spa bath and separate shower.
Suite 2 has a living room, double bedroom and twin bedroom. The living room has air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels, DVD player and CD player. The double bedroom and the twin bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The main pool measures 15 meters x 5 meters and is 1.8 meters deep at the deep end. The main pool can be heated at an additional weekly cost during the summer months and must be booked in advance. Next to the main pool there is a heated children's pool measuring 4 meters x 3 meters in size. There is a barbecue. This property is child friendly and has an enclosed garden area away from the pools where children can play safely.

Pool safety fence is available free of charge around adult and children pools but must be requested at time of booking.

The poolside games room has a TV with satellite channels, DVD player, CD player, Playstation games console, table football, pool table and a fridge.

Included in the villa rental price is maid service twice a week (except Sundays), mid-week towel service and weekly change of sheets.

Reservations paying the rate for up to 10 guests will only have access to the main house.
