This beautiful 5 bedroom villa has a lovely landscaped garden, mostly lawn, and is ideal for families with young children. The private pool is fenced for the peace of mind of parents.

On the ground floor there is a large and comfortable living room, an open plan kitchen/dining room, fully equipped and flooded with natural light. There are large patio doors from both the living room and dining room, which lead to the pleasant pergola and barbecue area.

The garden offers a traditional Portuguese style brick barbecue and a pergola to provide shade during alfresco dining.

The ground floor also has a small cloakroom and a good sized double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower.

On the middle level, there are two bedrooms and a fully tiled shared bathroom with a tub. The master bedroom has a double bed and a large outdoor terrace facing the front of the villa. The second bedroom has two single beds.

On the upper level there are two more bedrooms and another shared bathroom with a shower. The master double bedroom has private access to the pool area and overlooks the woods at the rear of the villa. The second bedroom has three/four single beds and shares a large terrace with the master bedroom which offers great views over the well-tended garden.

The villa is fully equipped to accommodate up to 12 people, including children, it has fast fiber Wi-Fi internet and cable TV. It is air-conditioned throughout to keep the villa cool in summer and also provides off-season heating. There is an enclosed wood burning fireplace in the living room which gives the villa a cozy feel in the winter months.

It is ideally situated between Monte Gordo and Altura. Close enough to all the local nightlife, yet far enough away to avoid the summer crowds.

Towards the beach there is a nature reserve, which is a lovely walk or bike ride to the town of Monte Gordo, and is a favorite with bird watchers. The sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are regularly used by training athletes throughout the year.
