This typical Algarve villa is composed of 4 suites, situated in a quiet and very pleasant urbanization, with a soft and practical decoration that invites you to switch to holiday mode, it is fully equipped to help you to enjoy your time here with comfort. The proximity to every amenity without needing a car is a must.
The outdoor space will provide for good moments with your family or friends, whether it's just relaxing, eating or reading a good book.
All areas of this house are bright and airy. With air conditioning.
The rooms are composed as follows:
• Ground Floor - Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, with air conditioning.
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with two twin beds and private bathroom, with air conditioning.
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with two twin beds and private bathroom, with air conditioning.
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with two twin beds and private bathroom, with air conditioning.
The twin beds can be joined together to form a double.
The villa has at your disposal a fully equipped and organized kitchen with a breakfast area, so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends. The kitchen has direct access to the BBQ area.
The dining area with table and 8 chairs plus dresser is quite large and bright offering a nice space, also with direct access to the pool and the living room.
The living room has 2 two seater sofas and a three-seater sofa, a fireplace, TV with English spoken channels and coffee table. Free Wi-Fi in all areas.
There is a games room with table football and a darts game for kids and adults to play.
The exterior of the villa is quite ample, when coupled with the just 200 meters distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, it becomes ideal for families or groups who enjoy not having to touch a car at all.
The pool is of standard dimensions with 8 meters long by 4 meters wide, varying between 1 meter and 2 meters deep.We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
The exterior has a charcoal B.B.Q. and an outdoor table for 8+ persons, with easy access to the kitchen, protected by a magnificent wooden pergola with canvas strips which will allow you to enjoy al fresco dining on hot summer days even during peak sunshine hours. You can also quickly move to the adjacent area equipped with an outdoor corner sofa.
In the pool area, you have sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful sunshine and a healthy amount of lawn for ball games.

The cover for the pool filter was dangerous and one one of our party tripped on it resulting on their foot going down it cutting their leg. One of the sun umbrellas needs replacing and the outside areas were a bit grubby.

All aspects of the accomodation were excellent apart from there is no heater on the main level which gets quite cold in winter month's and the fireplace does not generate any significant heat. All bedrooms have heat and AC. Just the first floor requisee more

The villa is on a great plot and the location couldn’t be better with the beach, restaurants and supermarket on your doorstep. One reason why we love this area.

The accommodation is very tired. Drawers in bedrooms which do not open easily if at all. Wardrobes quite musty.
Outside the coffee tables are falling apart and on their last legs, surely it wouldn’t be much to update. The outside seating area is onesee more

Outside the coffee tables are falling apart and on their last legs, surely it wouldn’t be much to update. The outside seating area is one of the assets but only one small sofa. As mentioned the villa is on a lovely plot but it isn’t secure. All other villas have high walls and security gates, villa Magali anyone can open the gate and walk in which was concerning with 2 young children. Our concern was proved when an elderly lady from the nearby community entered the property area to fill up water canisters. When we reported this we were told she was harmless and thank you for our understanding. Regardless of the lady’s age and situation you shouldn’t allow someone to access the property with people staying there. Would strongly suggest the villa upgrades the security gates in line with other villas. Swimming pool is a lovely size however broken tiles round the edge which was dangerous. Cleaning the top tiles wouldn’t go a miss to remove the grime that easily came off at the touch of a finger. If these areas could be seen to we would absolutely come back to villa Magali. |
