This traditional 4 bedroom villa offers ample floor area and accommodates up to ten people including children. It is located in the very popular Casas da Audiência resort, next to Praia Verde, and only a stone’s throw from the beach which is approximately 150 meters away.

The villa features three double bedrooms on the first floor, all with en-suites and outside terraces. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with four single beds, which is ideal for a family or just for the kids. There is also an additional bathroom / cloakroom with shower. All bedrooms provide plenty of storage space with large built in wardrobes.

Has a spacious open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, which opens out onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small larder with a second fridge freezer, which is ideal for larger groups. The villa is fully air conditioned and has cable TV and fast fibre internet.

The lower ground floor is completely open plan and has several relaxing seating areas. This makes an ideal rumpus room, or getaway for the kids. The table tennis is a firm favourite with the teenagers.

The private back garden is mainly laid to lawn with a private swimming pool. It has a covered area with a traditional Portuguese style brick barbecue, which is ideal for cooking over charcoal and dining “al-fresco”. The villa also has private parking for up to four cars and is ideally situated for those who want to leave the car at home and walk to the beach.

The villa backs onto a nature reserve with a lake and extensive pine tree trails, which is a beautiful walk or bike ride into the tourist town of Monte Gordo, and is a favourite of hikers and birdwatchers. The sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are regularly used by training athletes throughout the year.
