Quinta do Lago - Villa

Villa Colonia is a five bedroom villa located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Algarve, Quinta do Lago. With extensive grounds with bushes, a pool and a children's playground, Villa Colonia is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa is just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the São Lourenço golf course.

At the entrance of the villa there are stairs that lead to the living room and master bedroom and down to the living and dining room at pool level, kitchen and three bedrooms. The dining room has a large table for 14 people and the living room is furnished with comfortable chairs and a flat-screen TV.

The upstairs living room has wooden floors, a fireplace and comfortable sofas with a flat-screen TV. Double patio doors lead to the terrace, which overlooks the pool and garden. It is possible to go down directly to the pool terrace.

The spacious kitchen has a dining area with a table and chairs. It is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, juicer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Patio doors lead onto an elevated terrace with a swimming pool and an adjoining utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom has a double bed, TV, a large closet and windows overlooking the garden as well as a private terrace. En-suite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower plus an additional separate toilet.

The other bedrooms are on the lower floor, all of them doubles, with a closet and a private bathroom.

Outside, there is an annexe with a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, TV and a bathroom with shower.

All rooms, except the one in the annexe which is air conditioned only, have air conditioning and underfloor heating at an extra cost.

The villa has a large plot of land and extensive lawns where there is a ping-pong table and a children's playground, as well as a dining area with a barbecue and a table for 10 people. There is also a private swimming pool with the possibility of heating upon prior request and at an extra cost.
