This fantastic villa is located just a few minutes' walk from the lake, where you can enjoy water sports, the beach, the ever popular bar/bistro Shack and the gastronomic experience of the Casa do Lago restaurant. This Villa is located within walking distance of the new Quinta do Lago Sports Center, with wonderful world-class facilities. The Campus is home to a state-of-the-art gym, spa, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, soccer field and the ever-popular restaurant/bar Dano's. In the garden area of Villa Palm Tree you have a large swimming pool (heating available at a cost) which is surrounded by a well-kept lawn with comfortable furniture including sun loungers, an outdoor dining set and play areas.

This villa also has a gas barbecue next to the outdoor living area which is well shaded under a pergola. By the pool you have 8 super comfortable sunbeds where you will spend many hours relaxing.


This stunning villa benefits from a large living room with plenty of natural light, and two lounge areas to choose from. The first living area has a fireplace and a comfortable area to quietly enjoy a book or some family time.

The second living area has a flat screen TV, perfect for watching a movie. The lounge area has plenty of space to sit and is tastefully decorated. The dining area has a large dining table and seats up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including kettle, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, American style fridge/freezer and center island.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms en suite and a shared bathroom.

The first bedroom is a twin room (beds can be made into doubles upon prior request) with a private bathroom and direct access to the outside. Bedroom two is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool. Bedroom three is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and has direct access to the pool.

On the first floor there are two more en-suite bedrooms with extensive views over Quinta do Lago. Bedroom four is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The spacious bedroom offers direct access to a small terrace. Bedroom five is a double room (beds can be made into doubles upon prior request) with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a balcony.
