This stunning villa is located in the prestigious Parque Atlântico area of Quinta do Lago, offering stunning views over the Ocean and Ria Formosa. The outdoor area is set up for ultimate relaxation and comfort, with plenty of lounge and dining areas with comfortable furniture and outdoor dining sets, as well as a charcoal grill. The small lake beside the pool adds to the peaceful atmosphere and there are several shaded terraces with inviting furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing by the pool.


This very spacious villa is furnished to the highest standard of comfort. Upon entering, be dazzled by the dazzling pieces of art that adorn the hallway, which opens to the three main rooms, all with stunning views to the outside. The first is the generously sized living room, with plenty of natural light, a large fireplace and patio doors that open onto a stunning outdoor setting. Adjacent to it is the TV room, equipped with comfortable armchairs and a complete international TV package, including Wi-Fi and cable channels. Connecting them is the dining room, with an 8-seater table that leads to the large country-style kitchen. The kitchen has a large island with barstools and overlooks the garden area.

Follow the grand staircase to the lower level and you'll find yourself in a game room with a pool table. Next door is a private cinema, complete with reclining seats for your viewing pleasure. Take the stairs to the first and second floors and you'll find yourself in a sizable office with a balcony offering stunning views. On the second floor, a small kitchen serves the panoramic terrace, which offers breathtaking panoramic views over the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and the Atlantic ocean ahead. Enjoy the scenery with some comfortable outdoor furniture while enjoying a cold drink.

On the ground floor, bedrooms one and two are double rooms without an en suite bathroom, both share a bathroom. Bedroom three is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor, bedroom four is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing area. Large terrace overlooking the ocean. Bedroom five is the guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The study room, also located on the first floor, can be converted into a bedroom. These three bedrooms have access to the terrace. There is a seating area and the terrace offers stunning sea views.

The lower ground floor has a double garage, laundry room and games room.

The beautiful outdoor terraces are south facing with a large 14x6 pool and covered barbecue area.

The villa is located just a few minutes from many of the most renowned golf courses in the Algarve, as well as bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The 1st floor terraces offer stunning views over the sea and Ria Formosa. The nearest town is Almancil. The city of Faro and/or the airport is just a 25-minute drive away. A few minutes walk from the villa, you can take the walking/cycling path along the Ria Formosa to Faro Island.
