Villa Donrosa is a detached house with four bedrooms, spread over two floors, which enjoys a privileged location, in one of the best areas of Vilamoura, within walking distance of the golf course and just a few minutes from the beach and Marina where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and the Casino.
This villa has capacity for 10 people and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, four bedrooms and a laundry room. Outside there is a garden complete with swimming pool and barbecue. Wi-fi Internet is included in all rooms in the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The laundry room, which is next to the kitchen, has a washing machine and dryer. The dining area is furnished with a table that seats eight.
The living room has three comfortable sofas, air conditioning, DVD player and flat screen TV. Double patio doors lead directly to the pool space.
The villa consists of four bedrooms, all with private bathroom and air conditioning. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with large terraces and one of them has a flat screen TV.
From the living and dining area, patio doors lead out to the large garden and swimming pool. To complete, there is a barbecue area, outdoor shower, children's playground, ping pong table, sun loungers and outdoor dining table. The pool can be heated upon prior request and at an extra weekly cost.
Cleaning service is included from Monday to Friday, except holidays. The villa has an air conditioning system available upon request and at an extra cost. A safe, hairdryer and pool towels are provided.
