Villa Linda Rosa is a renovated 4 bedroom detached house, surrounded by bushes for more privacy, located in Vilamoura, a short drive from the beach, golf courses and the Marina where you can find several restaurants, bars and shops.
Spread over two floors, this modern villa comprises a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The dining room is furnished with a table that seats eight and is open to the living room which is equipped with a sofa, fireplace, TV and DVD player.
Patio doors lead out to the garden and pool terrace where there is a gas BBQ, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols and a dining table for alfresco dining.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with single beds and on the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, dressing room and bathroom with hydromassage bath and shower.
All rooms have a balcony, private bathroom and are equipped with a TV.
The villa features a games area with a pool table and table football.
The pool can be heated upon request and an additional daily fee (minimum 7 days).
Cleaning is carried out from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Bed linen is changed weekly and bath towels are changed mid-week. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room at an additional weekly cost.
